Key Responsibilities: ? Use applied psychology and work in collaboration with professionals from other disciplines to develop supports and mechanism that lead to positive outcomes for children and young people and mitigate barriers to learning. ? Undertake needs analysis with services we support (internal and external to the school) to ensure needs are captured and supported effectively. ? Engage in consultation and assessment using specialist assessment tools and knowledge of complex needs, and produce specialist psychological reports for schools, families and key stakeholders where needed. Provide counselling support for students by: ? In collaboration with the pastoral leaders to evaluate the needs of referred students and determining the correct level of support that is required for each one; ? Managing a caseload of students who require confidential one to one counselling or therapeutic group work, ensuring that support is provided in a timely and time-bonded manner; ? Identifying next steps for students for whom the school has worked and who require further support. ? Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work undertaken with each student; ? Building positive relationships with the parents of students who are receiving support; ? To be a visible and known member of the staff community to students across the School such that they are aware of the support available. Support the work of pastoral teams by: ? Developing schemes of learning for identified students to support positive mental health, well-being and barriers to learning; ? Proactively support the pastoral program through the delivery of assemblies that address issues related to well-being, emotional resilience and self-confidence, among other agreed topics; ? Being a source of informal support and provide formalised training for teaching and support staff that are providing support to students; ? Contributing to the pastoral daily operations by ensuring that all students that visit the team are dealt with professionally and are able to return to lessons, if appropriate, following an evaluation of their needs; ? Any other actions that are deemed necessary by the Chinese Principal in order to develop Therapeutic input and provision at Harrow School. Professionalism ? 工作職責:
1.負責企業(yè)合同審核與日常管理工作,包括但不限于各類合同的起草、審核、修改及歸檔工作。確保合同條款的合法性、合規(guī)性及合理性,降低合同風險;
2.為公司提供法律咨詢服務,解答法律疑問,協助解決日常工作中遇到的法律問題,提升全員法律意識;
3.識別、評估公司運營中可能面臨的法律風險,提出預防及應對措施,建立并維護法律風險管理體系;
4.根據公司需求,準備各類法律文件,包括但不限于法律意見書、訴訟材料、合規(guī)報告等。
5.在必要時,協助外部律師處理公司涉及的訴訟、仲裁案件,維護公司合法權益;
6.熟悉并購、重組、上市等相關法律法規(guī),持續(xù)關注并研究與公司業(yè)務相關的法律法規(guī)動態(tài),確保公司政策、流程與最新法律法規(guī)保持一致;
7.負責處理公司領導指派的其他專項事務。
工作要求:
1.本科及以上學歷,碩士優(yōu)先,法學、法律相關專業(yè),通過國家司法考試(法律職業(yè)資格考試);
2.5年以上法律相關工作經驗,有律所、大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)法務、公檢法工作經驗者優(yōu)先。熟悉勞動人事糾紛處理、公司合同管理體系和法律風險控制流程;
3.具備良好的法律分析能力、邏輯思維能力及溝通協調能力;能夠獨立處理復雜法律問題,具備良好的團隊合作精神和服務意識;
