一、工作職責(zé):
1、編寫測試計(jì)劃、規(guī)劃詳細(xì)的測試方案、編寫測試用例。
2、根據(jù)測試計(jì)劃搭建和維護(hù)測試環(huán)境;
3、執(zhí)行測試工作,提交測試報(bào)告。包括編寫用于測試的自動(dòng)測試腳本,完整地記錄測試結(jié)果,編寫完整的測試報(bào)告等相關(guān)的技術(shù)文檔;
4、測試中發(fā)現(xiàn)BUG,與開發(fā)人員討論缺陷解決方案,對(duì)BUG進(jìn)行跟蹤閉環(huán)。
5.提出對(duì)產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的建議,并評(píng)估改進(jìn)方案是否合理;對(duì)測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)測試進(jìn)行跟蹤,并提出反饋意見。
6、編寫相關(guān)文檔,完成其它分配的任務(wù)
二、崗位要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,應(yīng)用電子、電力電子、電子信息工程等專業(yè);
2、 能夠獨(dú)立完成測試設(shè)計(jì)和編制測試報(bào)告;
3、 積極主動(dòng)型,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)強(qiáng),愿意嘗試學(xué)習(xí)新的測試方法;
4、 掌握理解新需求,理解業(yè)務(wù)場景和功能需求,完成測試用例設(shè)計(jì)和測試方案;
5、 熟練使用QMS類似平臺(tái)推進(jìn)測試任務(wù)和bug處理流程。
1、熟悉至少一種編程語言;
2、能夠根據(jù)車機(jī)、駕艙產(chǎn)品的需求及設(shè)計(jì)文檔編寫測試用例;
3、能夠根據(jù)測試計(jì)劃搭建測試環(huán)境;
4、能夠獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品功能測試、反饋、跟蹤產(chǎn)品bug及用力缺陷;
5、熟悉車載CAN總線通訊協(xié)議和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、OSEK網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、CAN診斷相關(guān)規(guī)范,熟練使用CANoe、CAN Diva、CANStress等總線測試仿真工具者優(yōu)先;
6、良好的溝通、學(xué)習(xí)能力,良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,具有將強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和抗擊能力;
7、能配合項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度獨(dú)立出差和加班完成分配的任務(wù)。
Job Title: Associate Engineer
Creates, implements and improves engineering designs, processes, techniques, tooling and machinery to meet customer requirements and maximize product quality.
What You Will Do:
Creating new designs and resolves issues regarding the manufacturing or building sequences. Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
Collaborating with all functional areas, (marketing, purchasing, manufacturing) to provide a design solution that meets the requirements of the customer and dealer network.
Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

2、熟悉動(dòng)力電池模組PACK測試流程和技術(shù)要求
