function control engineer-汽車電子 Major work content including below aspects: ? Analyze/negotiate input customer/system function requirement with related stakeholder ? Develop function control software component based on Simulink/Targetlink and perform the static and dynamic test for software units following ASPIC compatible ZF internal process ? Define the technical solution of control feature development and support project team to analyze and solve the function control related issue/problem ? Identify the EPS mechanical plant model based on ZF in house MATLAB tool and based on it to perform the EPS tune stability analysis ? 3、3年以上的汽車電子生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)團隊管理經(jīng)驗，有良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神，具備抗壓能力；

4、熟悉汽車電子SMT、測試的相關(guān)IPC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及可靠性測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

5、熟悉汽車電子各種電子物料的特殊特性及測試要求，熟悉信號完整性、EMC等知識和異常診斷分析處理能力；

6、熟悉IATF16949的相關(guān)體系流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及車載5大工具；

7、熟悉汽車行業(yè)的客戶要求，有車廠、一級供應(yīng)商汽車電子生產(chǎn)及測試工藝技術(shù)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；

崗位職責(zé)；

1、根據(jù)新項目資料獨立分析及設(shè)計相應(yīng)的D/PFMEA、CP、SPC、WI等需求；

2、對于各工序的工藝參數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范進行評估制定，應(yīng)對產(chǎn)品PPAP過程審核；

3、對各工序的Layout設(shè)計，工裝、治具設(shè)計、設(shè)備及產(chǎn)能評估，協(xié)助商務(wù)做好報價評估；

4、負責(zé)汽車電子行業(yè)PCBA及全流程特殊工藝、新工藝、新技術(shù)的可行性驗證，制定生產(chǎn)方案；

5、負責(zé)PCBA及全流程整體測試方案的設(shè)計及維護；

6、主導(dǎo)所在項目工程、工藝、性能不良的深入分析，制定改善方案；

7、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時性任務(wù)。
