職位描述:
1、負責人才招聘,完善公司人才儲備和梯隊建設;
2、核算每月員工的工資及考勤復核,確保薪資發(fā)放的及時性準確性;
3、負責辦公室日常行政工作;
4、協(xié)助上級安排的其他人力資源協(xié)同工作:如商務接待、翻譯等工作。
崗位要求
1、本科及以上學歷,中文、泰語可作為工作語言,人力資源/工商管理相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、具備1年以上人力資源相關工作經(jīng)驗;熟悉當?shù)厥袌?,有本地生活、學習經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3、熟練操作office、excel、OA等辦公軟件。
Job Description:
1.Responsible for team building, talent identification and selection.
2.Calculate monthly employee salaries and verify attendance records to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll distribution.
3.Manage daily office administrative tasks.
4.Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors, such as business reception, translation, and other duties.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in Chinese and Thai as working languages, with a preference for candidates with a background in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. At least 1 year of relevant HR experience; familiarity with the local market and preference for those with local living or study experience.
3. Proficient in using office software such as Office.
4. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
